Payment software from Servus Systems Integration for Verifone POS terminals has once again been certified to comply with the requirements of the Payment Application Data Security Standard (PA-DSS) from the international organization PCI Council. Such confirmation of compliance allows acquiring banks to audit their compliance with the PCI DSS standard without any problems and to be sure that non-cash payments in the retail network are carried out in compliance with the standards of security and confidentiality of customer data.

“The presence of a certificate of conformity guarantees not only the security of non-cash payments, but also the compliance of the software development organization with high international standards. It is very nice that this year the software is certified not only on the lines of Verifone Vx and Engage, but also on the line of Android terminals Verifone X990", - said Eugene Mayboroda, head of the company's expert center for payment solutions.

Information on SSI SmartPOS-EMV compliance is also available on the official PCI Council website.

About PA-DSS: The PA-DSS payment application security standard contains requirements for software that processes cardholder data and is related to the PCI DSS standard. It is necessary to certify according to the PA-DSS standard payment applications that store, process and transmit data on cardholders at the stage of transaction authorization and when making settlements between participants in the payment process.
