ACTIVITIES OF SERVUS SYSTEMS INTEGRATION LLC

IN CONDITIONS OF EMERGENCY

IN CONNECTION WITH THE SPREAD OF CORONAVIRUS

On behalf of Servus Systems Integration, we would like to thank you for your fruitful cooperation and provide you with information about our work in the face of the danger of the spread of coronavirus COVID-19 and quarantine measures carried out by the authorities of Ukraine.

Our company from 16.03.2020 the Disaster Recovery Plan has been put in place. This plan covers the activities of the Security Service, the Operations Unit, the Customer Service Department, the IT Department, the Payment Systems Department, the Queue Management Systems Department, the Personnel Management Department, the Warehouse, the Finance Department and the Administration and applies to unforeseen situations that may arise:

 

  • in the central office and production / storage premises of the company (Kyiv, prospekt Stepana Bandera, 9 / vul. Livarska, 2A)

  • in the company's branches in the cities listed below, namely:

    • Vinnytsia, Lutsk, Dnipro, Mariupol, Zhytomyr, Uzhhorod, Zaporizhia, Ivano-Frankivsk, Kropyvnytskyi, Severodonetsk, Lviv, Mykolayiv, Odesa, Poltava, Rivne, Sumy, Ternopil, Kharkiv, Kherson, Khmelnytskyi, Cherkasy, Chernihiv.

 

This plan is used to support and / or restore the following critical functions of the company:

 

  • MAINTENANCE of networks of POS-terminals, PTKS, ATMs, queue management systems;

  • SUPPLY of consumables and equipment;

  • STORAGE of property entrusted by the company's clients as a reserve fund or under repair;

  • SUPPORT for PIC terminal network software;

  • SUPPORT of the company's clients by the company's contact center;

  • MANAGEMENT of client terminal networks;

  • PRESERVATION of confidential information of all levels and affiliations;

  • LOGISTICS of internal and external movements of goods and materials.


This plan is also used to maintain and / or restore the following critical systems of the company:

 

  • SERVICE system used by employees and customers of the company to file applications for service, support and reporting;

  • TMS / TermLoader software-based PIC terminal management systems;

  • Warehousing and accounting systems based on 1C;

  • MUTUAL SETTLEMENT support systems based on relevant banking applications;

  • Systems for ensuring the work of the SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT department based on TFS servers;

  • Telephone and electronic COMMUNICATION systems.


At present, our company does not envisage significant changes in the timing and procedure for any action related to the threat of a pandemic and the introduction of quarantine restrictions, and the Plan was put into effect for preventive purposes.


We must inform you that in accordance with the Plan, all systems and divisions of the Company operate in normal or remote mode , if available, with additional reservation of resources in case of increased security measures or the spread of the disease.


All actions of the Company in the field of customer service are carried out according to the usual schedule without changes in SLA. All field staff of the Customer Service Department have been instructed on the rules of action in the conditions of quarantine, they have been provided with appropriate means of protection and proved to comply with the rules of preventive measures. The Company's own logistics and administrative functions are also performed on a regular basis without deviations.


However, given the circumstances (including but not limited to, including the termination of passenger flights, the closure of some checkpoints, the introduction of restrictions on movement, possible breaks in the technological chains of manufacturers, etc.), we draw your attention to the increased risk of delays in deliveries and performance of services that may be related to both external and other circumstances that may lead to a decline in the level of services and deadlines. We make every effort to avoid such delays, so if they occur, we will notify you individually, as well as the steps we take to reduce such delays.

We consider the main risk for the company's activities to be a complete ban on freight transportation and movement of people, which will negatively affect the fulfillment of all obligations of the company.


2019 was a very successful year for our company, its financial condition allows us to work without any difficulties, but we will be grateful for timely payments for work performed and goods delivered by our contractors, so as not to complicate the overall situation.
